Review On Richmond Builders Private Limited, Bangalore

I would like to share a very Bad experience with a builder Called Richmond Builders Based at banshankri. They have 2 projects one near electronic City and one at Chandapura. My brother and I had invested in their property in 2013 and was assured that by 2014 would have my house ready. its 2016 now and the project is still not completed. Not only that I had paid a Huge downpayment for which we have also filed a case and the builder only makes false promises to pay back our deposit amount back. If anyone looking to purchase property through Richmond Builders I would strongly suggest not to waste your time and money as I do not want any other person to go through the same that I have gone through. Once they receive their money they do not bother to even respond back to your calls. There has at least been 8 other people who have not got their flats till date. Please do not invest with these builders
