I used to go Rex to watch movies because I found it just 1 km far from my house. Initially I found it good . one day I went to watch 3D movie here they provide 3D glasses but the quality of glasses is so bad that people would prefer to watch without glasses. When we asked for change the guy who was giving glasses was very rude and even abusing us.
However we managed to watch that movie but we were feeling cheated. They should manage que because some bad guys seek such kind of crowd to commit bad activities. And some guys were trying to touch my friends and we had a dispute also. My suggestion to the management is please train your staff, arrange some facility to control crowd and outside parking is quite congested.
