Few years back we have purchased this car for our daily use. this car is made of extremely poor quality it is not suitable for rough and tough use. the interior and exterior of car are made of very poor quality. the dashboard of car is extremely of low quality you have to use it with proper care only. even the car sounds very heavy which is so disappointing I have raised all these issues with company and there mechanics have failed to solve the issue. now whenever I call the company they reject my call.
the leg room of car has also disappointed me very much the car is not suitable for a good height person due to its poor leg room and consisted cabin as well. travelling on continuous basis by this car is not so comfortable. while travelling for some long hours by this car it gives back pain and hip pain as well due to its hard leather seats. overall the comfort level of car has disappointed us very much and it was not satisfactory at all. even the road grip of car is also very poor it is not suitable for travelling on wet road conditions as it slips very much.
this car has no mileage issue because it is a battery car. the battery life of this car is very poor as once the car is fully charged it merely goes of 50-60 kmpl only which is not satisfactory. even the dealers of the car are very rude to customers. they behave while selling the car but there after sales behaviour is very bad. they do not listen complaints properly. I also like to appeal a company to work more on battery life as well as interior of car also. the style & design of car is very poor it is not so design friendly as compared to the cars in the market.
overall this car has disappointed us very much as per my experience the car is not so reliable for long term use and it has no value for money as well due to its poor quality and poor company service also. at last I will not recommend this car to anyone because it is total wastage of money. rather then buying this I would suggest to go for other cars in the market.
