I had a harrowing experience: I recently had a frustrating experience with RentoMojo while ordering a television. I had some specifications and the customer service team assured me that they could provide a TV with those specs. However, when the equipment was delivered, it did not meet the promised specifications. Also, someone had already logged in and I was not able to use the TV.


My ordeal escalated when I initiated a replacement request. Every morning, I received calls from them, but it seemed like I had to explain my issue from scratch to a new person each time. It's disheartening that their customer support team failed to understand the actual issue and my repair request remains unresolved.


Here are the major issues I encountered:


1. Difficult to Reach a Human: It's like navigating a labyrinth to speak to a real human at RentoMojo. It appears that bots are running the customer service show, and it's almost impossible to get prompt and effective assistance.


2. Poor Support Quality: Even when you manage to connect with a customer support agent, the quality of support is shockingly low. They seem to rely on templated responses that do little to address the actual issues. It's frustrating to receive generic messages like, "We will resolve your issue, " or "It is a pleasure serving you, " when the problem at hand remains unresolved.


3. No Escalation Path: Escalation to a supervisor or manager is seemingly impossible. RentoMojo leaves customers without any means to address their concerns at a higher level, compounding the frustration.


4. Pathetic Delivery Service: The delivery process is simply abysmal. They provide a vague delivery window for the day, leaving customers waiting helplessly throughout the day until the vehicle arrives. This utter lack of respect for customers' time is inexcusable.


5. Persistent Payment Reminders: Despite their shoddy service, RentoMojo's payment reminders are startlingly prompt. It's astonishing how they prioritize payment reminders over addressing customer grievances and delivering on their promises.


6. Delivery Date Discrepancies: To add to the chaos, I received a confirmed delivery date, but the delivery person arrived at my apartment the very next day, catching me off guard while I was out of town. Instead of RentoMojo rectifying their error, the burden falls on the customer to call them again and plead for mercy.


My experience with RentoMojo has been very bad. The lack of transparency, poor communication, unhelpful customer service, and delivery mishaps have left me deeply disappointed. I would strongly caution anyone considering their services to think twice before doing business with them. It's truly regrettable to encounter such a subpar level of service in today's competitive market.
