Beware of Water geysers of Racold make. They are the worst geysers you can ever get. We had purchased these heaters and faced lot of issues, Every now and then the internal storage cylinder( which was of metal) used to burst!
The service center doesnt answer your question on phone, even though they knwo what could be the problem and what will it cost. They charge 250 Rs to come to your home and without checkign anything just to tell you that you have to replace the cylinder and the cost is as high as getting a new geyser of local make!
So even if you dont ask the person to replace the cynlider you need to pay 250.
Also you need to make a plumber available at the time the service person visits you as the service person will not touch the plumbing! God knows how they expect me to know when the service person wil come to my home so that I can keep the plumber available.
INshort just avoid RACOLD water geysers.
We never had this problem with REMSON GEYSER we dont care of what people comment the major difference between copper and steel would prove the same.
