Don't buy this product. It's useless. It's having feature like 14Mbps, but I'm not getting upto 100Kbps too.
I purchased this product from Reliance outlet in Kalyani nagar - pune for Rs.3000/-
They took 1 week to activate it. After activation I'm not getting speed up to 100Kbps too. I tried it so many times but it's worth.
The reliance staff in Kalyani nagar are hopeless. Once they deliver the unit to your home, they never picked up phone calls.
I raised a request in appellate authority of reliance they still working on same. No actions took from them.
I will never buy reliance products in my whole life.
The reliance staff and service is very bad.
Those who are planning to purchase this call me.
