I am Sushant Dubey, in the month of May I was looking for the health insurance online, as my wife is an active patient of HLAB27 and 6 months pregnant too. one of customer executive (Mansi Sharma ) contacted us in the name of RNLI.
I expect I would get resolution from you and both policies 53500056 and 53512238 will get cancele_45d and refund me money 30000 Rs and 58000 Rs respectively. but nothing happened. now reliance Nippon life insurance is also not helping us. We are almost left with nothing and feeling suicidal, you people are our last hope plz help...
Agent Company details below whose Agent Mansi Sharma [Contact number: 8527023008] has done fraud by selling Me policy number 53500056 by saying I will get Health Insurance Benefits in Life Insurance policy. My wife is 6 months pregnant and by considering this I took policy. But there is nothing mentioned in the document and after confirming with Toll-free number 18001021010 I got to know that no such coverage exists in my policy. Hence I would request you to cancel the license of agent below and take strict against them and refund me my money.
Later On, On 18th June, I got a call from Ekta Shrivastav with Mobile number: 8449647437 stating that I am eligible for 2, 10, 000 Rs from Reliance Nippon Life Insurance Since I purchased this policy directly from Company of Reliance Nippon Life Insurance.
I confirmed this with my Relationship advisor/Agent Mansi Sharma with Mobile number 8527023008 and she said Its correct you are eligible. She asked me to aishwaryasingh23 58000 rs which is refundable to initiate the process, She asked me to refer one friend/relative whose account will be created and once his account is created, you will get 2, 10, 000 Rs plus 58000 Rs upon cancellation of new account created.
I did this by trusting Mansi Sharma as she mentioned she is on Direct aishwaryasingh23roll of Reliance Nippon Life Insurance Company. Making aishwaryasingh23ment as seen in the attached screenshot transaction.jpg.
I did the aishwaryasingh23ment of 58000 Rs and new Account of my Relative Mr. Shashank Dwivedi is created. His policy Number is 53512238.
Please cancel the account of Mr. Shashank Dwivedi and refund my 58000 Rs ASAP and take stringent action against those two ladies whose name and numbers are already mentioned above so that they won't fool others like me.

Mansi Sharma [Agent who sold me policy] has explained why it was necessary to create dummy Account (Of Shashank Dwivedi) for Money Transfer and she has promised to cancel the Shashank account once I get Sum Assured Money of 2, 10, 000 Rs. She is also explaining that She has initiated my process so that I will get health insurance benefits in my life insurance policy 53500056.
Ekta Shrivastav [Claims to be working in the Accounts department of Reliance Nippon Life Insurance] has explained the whole process of why I am eligible for 2, 10, 000 Rs.
I urge you to check this very minutely and take possible and stern action against such scammers and cancel both policies 53500056 and 53512238 and refund my money.
