I purchased a Reliance Netconnect + data card in September last week 2011 for Rs 1200/- and opted for Unlimited plan for 950/-
They promised maximum speed of 3.2 Mbps. For the first month, the speed was ok ..Used to get 512 Kbps to 1 Mbps, even though it never reached 3.2 Mbps, I was happy....
For the last 1.5 month, the speed is less than 100 Kbps...Also it is not at all connecting. If connected, getting disconnected frequently. I have raised this concern to the customer care by mail and also by visiting them at Forum Mall. Its more than one week now and no response or corrective actions.
I am planning to cancel it and go for any broad band connection, lost 1200/-
Please don't buy this data card, its of no use.
