I am a serious Internet user, Multiplayer Gamer and often need multiple internet support for my own server and other stuff like downloads, Gaming. Currently I use Wishnet Broadband (2 Mbps) Airtel 4G (10 Mbps) , Airtel Broadband (8 Mbps), Reliance 3g(3.1 Mbps) and Siti Cable Broadband (2 Mbps).
I have also used Hathway (in Mumbai), Alliance, Tikona, Tata Broadband, Meghbela over the last 5 yrs but due to some issues I have moved away from them. Anyway today I am going to share my experience with Reliance Netconnect +. By profession I am a doctor and have to travel a lot to different chambers. So I needed a mobile broadband solution (this was before 4g) and my computer dealer friend vehemently asked me to take a Reliance Post paid connection 15GB "unlimited" plan (Kolkata).
It got activated within 1 hour and I started using it. When I tried downloading from file hippo I honestly got a surprise. I was getting downloads speeds of almost 600-700 KBps. I tried some youtube videos running great at 720p but buffering started when I switched to 1080p. Over the period of 2 years I have found Reliance Netconnect + to be a good mobile broadband solution specially on the move. I dont know why many people had a horrible experience but I stay in south kolkata (rashbehari-gariahat) and I get great speeds.
Just to support my review here is a speedtest report -___________________________________________________

The only issue I have seen sometimes is YouTube speeds being capped in peak hours. But download speed remains around 200-350. I have bypassed the youtube capping by using a VPN or proxy and it worked great. Once in a while this capping happens otherwise there is no auto disconnections or connection issue.
One more important thing - avoid Reliance netconnect + locked usb dongle
Use unlocked Huawei dongles which gives better speeds.
Never ever ever use Micromax dongle its horrible.
At the end... my experience with Reliance Netconnect + has been great but that does not mean yours would be same.
Speed depends on dongle, coverage, network traffic and number of users currently using the 3G network at a certain point at a particular point of time, signal strength, quality of 3g tower, distance of tower from where you are using 3g.
I wish you all the best in your search for best ISP. Any feedback, comments please feel free.
