I am using your connection from last 4 years. suddenly I don't know what happned, since feb my balance is being deducted without any prior notification. each month my balance is deducted. sometimes I din't care about it, some times I called on cc and they said they activated bla bla service on my phn which I never even heard about. I told them not to activate any service from then onwards, n they too assured me the same. but... it seems like you guys just wait for me to get my number recharged, and the same day or next day ''BALANCE DEDUCTION''.
I am tired of complaing about same everytime. last month again my balance deducted 3 times (30 rs each time), then I mailed about the same. then a person assured me that the balance will be returned on my number and from now onwards not any pack will be activated on this number. I got 60 rs back, but how pathetic your service is, I recharged on 24th and yesterday again my balance was deducted. WHAT ARE YOU GUYS DOING? I THINK YOU DON'T WANT TO GIVE PROPER SERVICE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. I NEVER EXPECT THIS FROM A COMPANY LIKE RELIANCE.
WORK ON IT OR YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR CUSTOMERS DAY BY DAY.
