Please communicate at - tcverma@rediffmail.com; as how to escalate the customer complaint because reliance do like to know - how far their customer/s (even the oldest customers) are satisfied?

Have you become so shameless that you did not even acknowledge the receipt of customer
complaint forget about it's resolution.
In case you are not the right person please let me know who owns the responsibility of
handling customer complaints, have courtesy to acknowledge the complaint and initiate action
for it's resolution.

To, Customer Care, This may please be noted that 10 months back I confirmed my tariff plan as - "SIMPLEPPS199" and it was going on; all of a sudden bill for the month of April, 2013 you did not specify any plan on the Bill dtd. 07.05.2013, naturally it was wrongly calculated. In good faith I ignored, bill for the month of May, 2013, dtd. 07.06.2013 you changed my tariff plan at your own from "SIMPLEPPS199" to "SIMPLE99DLPB" and naturally once again it must have been wrongly calculated. Please tell me what bullshit is going on at your end? Why the hell you are harassing your customer? Are you enemy of Reliance and intentionally spoiling the name of Reliance? I demand compensation for harassing me without any reason for two months? Please correct my both the bills and arrange to refund the excess amount immediately and explain me all the aforesaid questions? Regards,
