I have been using reliance sim card for very long time. their is problem in network it is not available everywhere like if I go to my village there we have almost every mobile operator network instead reliance which is quite disappointing and it's 2G and 3G connection are also very slow in comparison to other network company. Plans are cheap but not providing quality.
Customer care executive are not friendly and doesn't solve problem with quick action we have to call many times. Like few months ago on my reliance no. Automatically caller tune got activated then I told customer care about it and first time they hangup on me without helping me second time they told they are transferring my call to their senior executive and it took too long more than 15 mintues than call got disconnected. Then on 3 rd time customer call executive told me it was done from your side by sms and scam got caught my no. Were off for previous days. And then they rechecked and gave me my deducted amount back.
But was totally improfessinalizm.
So I recommend not to use reliance.
