The network of the reliance is very poor wherever I use to go it gives you very low signals I was not able to call sometimes when inside my home I have to go outside to call due to network more over they give very poor service and deduct balance in the name of internet few days back I have recharged my reliance no. which a data pack which given me 500 MB of 2G data and Rs 50 talktime.
After a few days of using internet I found out that my 50 Rs talktime got vanished and its only 0.01 Rupee left and then I called customer care and it takes forever to connect to customer care it took me about 1 hour to connect with customer care and when I told theam about that the executive told me that sir you have browsed the internet that is why your balance is vanished and when I have told me that there is a data pack left how can they deduct money from my account when there is a internet plan the he registered my complaint and told me wait for 48 hours you balance will be refunded and after 48 hours.
I got my refund but same thing happend to me after I have used my data pack but balance was there I have checked my balance after turning off my mobile data and it was 42 rupees and when I saw at morning it was again rupee 0.01 and this time again called the customer care he come with the same excuse and this there was no data left in my account thats why I was helpless the company is fraud it deducts you balance without any notice and after that if will block you from contacting customer care and when you try to call customer care it says please wait while we connect you and then call will get automatically disconnected . same thing happend with my friend to they theam self activated a caller tune and deducted 80 rs from his account never go for this company poor company poor service
