I am a consumer activist, who decided to the take up the matter with Reliance India Mobile as consumers all over India are really feeling cheated. People are unnecessarly being charged for SMS for which they have not made. Consumers are getting bills although they are not a subscriber of Reliance India Mobile.
Consumers are being harrassed in more ways than one. I went to their Koper khainar Office complex which covers a hugh area, but office bearers know about ang Complaint grievence Cell. I took up the matter to their Parel office and it is only after I issued an official notice that their legal dept came in the front, who say that they are handling the complaints. For a comman man it is just running from pillar to post. But he will never reach the complaint cell. The custonmer care is only there to see that a common mans complaint should never raech the higher up.
