I got a Reliance GSM connection 1 year back and have found that they continuously siphon off money from my account and I have been trying since over a month, to get to customer care, but have not been able to reach them. They seem so busy licking their boss every time I call them. I have waited for over 30-45 minutes, their executive seem to be busy with god know what.........but that not servicing the customer call for sure.
Reliance has always been a chor company......and I am saying this based on my experience with Reliance Broadband.......reliance Store......and now Reliance GSM. I now just only have abuses for this company, but don't want to spill the beans here.
I wrote to customer care as well, but no response. I even wrote to appellate body, but they want complain docket number, but how do I get a docket number, when their customer executive are not reachable.
I would be more than happy, If I could save even few individual from falling prey to this operator be it Broadband, GSM or any other product of Reliance.
