Horror Infocomm Limited . Review on Reliance Mobile Operator

Yes it is a Horror. At time of buying new phone they show all less expenses but once you are their customer then they will cut you and drain out all the blood (read money) from your body like a dangerous killer.

In their fixed wireless phone I had taken a scheme of Rs.1500/month as I wanted to access internet from it. But I was very disappointed with their internet service so I called p to change plan to 290/month. So they tell me that till 3 months I cannot change plan and that I must continue to pay rupees 1500 per month.

After 3 months I again called up thinking that now it will be done. But I got shocked in horror. They tell me that I have to pay rs. 2,500/- more to change from plan 1500 to plan 290. Reason that the security deposit at the time when I took connection was 1000/- and now it has increased.

This was enough in the same conversation I told them I don't want this phone please take it back and refund my 1000/- rupees ''security deposit which I have paid them at time of taking connection''. So now the reliance executive tells me that I will get the 1000/- back only if I first pay them 1000/- cash in web world !!! Mukesh ambani has eaten away my deposit money.

Moreover these people ask money even before the month is over. If your plan is of rs.1500/- and your billing reaches 1800/- by 25th then they will send sms on Sunday and monday immediately they will disconnect the phone.

If you call customer service they bluntly tell you that you have to pay ''INTERIM MONTHLY PAYMENT'' before the month is over and before even a bill is generated. Telephones are lifeline of business and such sudden disconnections of std and or local services makes a reliance phone utterly untrustworthy.

Moral of the story : If you are walking and the road dives into 2 roads on one road is plague virus and other is reliance mr. mukesh ambani then take the plague road not the mukesh ambani because you may still survive the plague virus.

HIDDEN TRUTH OF HOW DO THEY CHARGE INTERNET ACCESS :

i) AT NO PLACE IN THE SALES BROCHURE IT IS MENTIONED THAT ISP CHARGES ARE SEPARATE AND NOT INCLUDED IN RS.1500/- :In 1500 scheme they tell you all telephone charges are cut off and only exta is charged. Hidden : The ISP charges of 10 paise per minute is not deducted from 1500/- and the sertive tax 8% is also charged extra. SO THEY WILL BILL YOU 1500 + ISP CHARGES + 8% SERVICE TAX. IF YOUR CALL CHARGES TOTAL IS COMING TO 1400/- THEN THE BALANCE 100/- THEY WILL NOT ADJUST AGAINST THE ISP CHARGES AND 8% TAX. (sick)

ii) in mtnl modem when we connect the internet is on when you disconnect the internet closes. But in horror infocomm phone if you connect to internet and download email and are reading the email then in only 10 secs of inactivity the phone will disconnect your computer from internet. Then when you click something it will reconnect again.

THIS WAY THEY ARE CHARGING AROUND 30 TO 40 RUPEES PER HOUR. SAY YOU LOGGED IN AT 12.00.00 PM : SO YOUR CALL UNIT STARTS OF THREE MINUTES BUT AT 12.00.50 THE PHONE DISCONNECTS YOU FROM INTERNET.

THEN AGAIN AT 12.01.00 YOU CLICK SOMETHING AGAIN THE PHONE ''DIALS'' SO THE FIRST CALL UNIT WHICH SHOULD HAVE LASTED UPTO 12.03.00 GET CONVERTED INTO SO MANY CALLS UNDER THERE PRETEXT OF ''DORMANCY MODE'' THEY ARE CHEATING THE PUBLIC.

THEY SAY THAT WE ARE CHARGE FROM TIME WE CLICK CONNECT TO THE TIME WE CLICK DISCONNECT. BUT THIS IS WHITE LIES THERE IS NO WAY THEY CAN DISTINGUISH BETWEEN A DIAL UP AFTER I CLICK CONNECT AND A DIAL UP AFTER THE DORMANCY PERIOD.

THE DORMANCY MODE IS NOT GOOD FOR US HORROR INFOCOMM LTD. IS ''FREEING UP ITS NETWORK'' THAT IS THE REAL TRUTH BEHIND THE DORMANCY MODE. SECOND ARGUMENT :DURING DORMANCY PERIOD WHEN WE CLICK ON SOME LINK IN COMPUTER AND OUR COMPUTER IS ASKING FOR DATA FROM INTERNET THAT IS WHEN RELIANCE DETECTS IT AND IT RECONNECTS TO INTERNET. IF SOMETHING FROM INTERNET IS TRYING TO SEND DATA TO YOUR COMPUTER THAT IS NOT DETECTED BY THE DORMANCY MODE. SAY YOU ARE DOWNLOADING A 20MB FILE.

AFTER 19MB THERE IS A GAP OF ONLY 10 SECS IN INTERNET WHE NO DATA FLOWS. IMMEDIATELY THE CONNECTION WILL TRIP. ON ELEVENTH SECOND THE DATA WHICH WAS COMING TO OUR COMPUTER GETS BLOCKED AS THE INTERNET IS NOW CLOSED.

I ASK YOU MUKESH AMBANI IF DORMANCY PERIOD RECONNECTS ON DETECTION OF ACTIVITY THEN WHY DOES IT NOT DETECT THE DATA COMING ON THE ELEVENTH SECOND FROM INTERNET WHEN I AM DOWNLOADING LONG EMAIL OR BIG SOFTWARE FILE !!!

IT IS GOOD THAT CONGRESS COME TO POWER ELSE HORROR INFOCOMM HAD MADE TOTAL POLITICAL ''ARRANGEMENTS'' TO BUY OUT MTNL !!
