I have bought a computer table from Reliance Mart, Towlichowki. The same computer table when enquired in other shops was 2200/-, but in R Mart, I got it for 1600. They gave me a nice packed one and told that their service person will come and install it in 2 days time. I requested them to send him next day itself which happened to be a Monday and I had taken leave on that day, so can be available at home. They did n't promise but said that they will try.
Next day morning, I tried their phone number given on bill and it always came either engaged or some other stupid message. I could not talk to them at all.
at around 12:00 PM, their person called up and said that he is in Kondapur doing other installations and will come by 5:00 to my house.
Although they said 5:00, then 5:30 and then 6:00, they finally turned up at around 6:30 PM. The personnel were experienced, and had good instruments to do the installation. They took 30 mts to install the table, and to my satisfaction, they did a clean job. The table parts inside were all in good condition, rather better than the one displayed in the showroom. The quality delivered was satisfactory.
So, the overall experience with RMart was Above Satisfactory.
