I bought this phone for my family member few days ago, I ordered the phone from the nearest Jio Centre as usual the phone was delivered too late although I paid the money in advance, I ordered 5 phones and recieved just one. When I finally recieved one phone after using it I came to know that the phone quality is too bad, the phone hangs even if u open contacts and some basic apps like mesaages, at the start I used its services like jio TV and jio Share TV buffering is good I d say no buffering at all but call clearity in some areas is too bad, sometimes calls doesnt connect at all, and I cannot send text messages, mobile gets too hot while charging and the battery backup is also not good. Its a waste of money as per my usage.
Major pros of rhe phone are: Jio TV, Front camera, 4g connectivity in 1500rs range
Cons of the phone are : Jio share and Jio videocall doesnt load at all they stuck in one screat where it says setting up your Jio videocall account. Not good call clearity, cant send text messages, overheating issue.
Please think twice before you buy the phone
