5 Days, No Fix – JIO Fiber's Unbelievable Neglect!

As of September 6, 2024, my ongoing issue with JIO Fiber has yet to be resolved. Despite making a successful payment on September 1, 2024, I’ve been without service for five days. The lack of action, accountability, and communication from JIO Fiber is absolutely unacceptable for a company of this scale.


Here’s the timeline of this frustrating ordeal:


Payment Made: On September 1, 2024, I made a payment for my JIO Fiber services. Despite receiving a transaction confirmation, my service was not reactivated.


Repeated Standard Responses: Since the deactivation, I’ve reached out more than 20 times to JIO’s customer service via phone, and countless emails have been sent with payment proof attached. I’ve also posted on social media platforms such as X and Instagram, tagging JIO’s official handles. Yet, all I receive are standard copy-and-paste responses with no real investigation into my case. It’s clear that no one is actually reviewing the details or payment proofs I’ve provided.


Broken Promises: On September 2, the escalation team assured me that the payment had been received and my service would be reactivated by 7 PM. However, the next day, I was told my payment was “not received”—despite having transaction records that show otherwise! This level of incompetence and contradictory information is simply mind-blowing.


Complete Disregard: The robotic responses and lack of genuine support have wasted my time and patience. My emails, phone calls, and social media posts have gone completely ignored, except for these generic, unhelpful replies that do nothing to address my specific concerns.


What I Demand:


Immediate reactivation of my services, with no further delays.


A thorough investigation into why my payment was mishandled, despite my multiple proofs.


Compensation for the service disruption, loss of productivity, and stress caused by this complete breakdown in customer support.


A personal apology from JIO Fiber’s management for the gross mismanagement of my case.


I never expected that dealing with JIO Fiber would require 5 days of constant follow-ups, countless unanswered complaints, and standardized responses that reflect a total lack of concern for their customers.


This ordeal has disrupted my work, left me frustrated, and completely undermined my confidence in JIO as a reliable service provider. I’m left feeling unheard, disregarded, and absolutely disappointed in what I once considered a trusted brand.


JIO Fiber, this is your final chance to resolve this issue before I escalate this further through regulatory bodies and legal action.


For anyone considering JIO Fiber, beware of this appalling customer service. They’ll take your payment, deactivate your services, and leave you waiting with copy-paste responses.
