Providing free service, throwing out huge data to customers and linking it with lyf mobile sales is not the primary part of any company. there should be a proper network coverage for providing a service to all the customers. I have face call drops and specially very slow INTERNET speed.cant even open a single page while connected. so its very sad to see a company like that committing something and then not keeping up to what they committed. hope they understand this problem and try to rectify the same. getting a jio sim is easy and now a days its even providing home delivery service, but the primary services of this company for which the customers are trying to even pay for it like( internet speed, call improvement and etc etc) are not up to the mark.
Hope you all look up to the problems which the customers are suffering from. try to improve the same so that more customers migrate to this company and create a large chain t success.
