I am a jio customer since from a year . I am truly happy with the services of jio they had a huge number of conusmers.
I must say they are doing such a great job regarding the network area but I guess there are soo many places that are left they should also reach that location also. But we cant forget that its is a new telecom network in India soo it will take time to reach all of the places.
The customer service policy is soo good I can say this verry clearly that the costomer care executive are more responsive then other network.
