I have been using jio network for the last 10 months. I migrated from airtel to jio because of that jio dhan dhana dhan offer. I really loved that offer. The following is my 10 months experience.
I have faced problems at some locations it alway comes emergency calls only or no service. The speed of internet is good at some places but not everywhere.Call quality is good. But sometimes when I call to my friends those calls have been directed to some others. This happend several times.Customer service is very cool they responded well. Using this network I am not that much satisfied.
