Hello friends, I am Sourav Roy. Today I am going to share you some of my experiences and some problems about Reliance Jio. Hope It will help you to know more about this Network.
First of all I would like to say that it is quite good network and this Network gave us Unbelievable offers that change the Price System Of Every Network. It decreases the Network Balance Price for the customer.
But I have faced some issues, and I also search some problems about this Network which are very big and Jio must solve this problem as soon as possible.
1) First, this is the main and very important problem of jio, that is when we finish our High Speed Data Limitation and then it is continue with low speed, but I think in this moment I felt that I have not any Network plan in my mobile.
It is too slow to use. I can not even open my Facebook account in my Fb Lite. It seems that I havenot any Network balance in my phone.
I want to tell you the Jio team that they should increase a little bit network when we exhausted our High Speed Data.
2) And Second problem is calling problem. I have noticed a couple of time that whenever I called it was a call dropped problem every where.
I simply called my father who front of me just to check the connection problem of jio and instead of full tower I could not call my father due to call dropped problem. Some times I got very irritate on this Network only for their Call dropping problem.
3) And the last problem is Tower Problem. I have faced many issues of Jio tower. It was copletely blank many time without any reason, although the network came after 5 to 10 minitues but it is a quite big problem when you have a important call.
So hope Jio team will take care thisproblems very soon.
I am using this Network till now. Some times it gives me a good Network and Net speed at all.
But those Problems should fixed by them very soon.
