I am having the Jio sim for the last one year. Really it is a great effort made by Mr Thirubhai Ambani. I really saying a great thanks to him personally because it is very very very very useful for me for the past 1 year.
4G speed is very high and continuous without any interruption. Speed is very good compared to other networks.
Network is sometimes gets hang and I have to restart my mobile and then the connectivity gets clear. But it is rare only not frequently. I have just joined in my Phd studies and I made several calls with the use of Jio Phone without any tension of charges.
The customer Services also very good. Once I have to change the plan the customer service executive politely and calmly especially respectfully attend my call and explain the details. The solution also I got within 48 hours.
Really I enjoy the benefits of 1GB data per day till now. It is very helpful for my part time jobs. As I am lower middle class I have to continue my studies with my earnings only. So I search for part time jobs and doing with the help of JIO sim connected via HOTSPOT. It is very very useful to me.
There is no aditional charges and unwanted billing till this minute. The Plans are very very reasonable as all the peoples can recharge, But the only one Disadvantage is it will work on 4G supported phone. But once we invest in 4G phones it is worth giving for 4G JIO sim. The membership fee Rs. 99 is very cheap. There is 100 SMS free for a day. this is also very useful. Unlimited calls is a great thing which Reliance JIO gives is amazing. Lots of Surprise offers gave by the company are really a extra bonanza bumper offer. There is lot of innovative offers coming up. We are very eager and excited to receive the Diwali offer.
