After recharge of 309 Jio did'nt started services for 3 month.


At first customer care answered that services will start within 2 hours. But after 3 hours when I again called customer care, they say that validity period of previous plan is still valid so they cant start. While data of previous plan is already over.


And surpisingly similar case was on one other jio number they started validity immediately.


And customer care replied its rare case.


Customer care dosnt know how this happened.
