Ever since I have taken Joi subscription, I get extremely poor connectivity(even worse than 2g) and many a times no connectivity at all.
I had pointed out the helpline people and they said that There is a lot of traffic congestion in my area due to Tower shortage and that it will take around 90 days time to rectify the fault as Jio is planning to install additional infrastructure in the area.
One is not sure that even after 90 days whether there will be any improvement. Till then what?
If I dont get connectivity at all, whats the use of paying the subscription amount?
