I have been puraching from reliance fresh till last month. It is good that there are lot of things available in this reliance fresh. But many of the vegitables are too old and they have kept the price so less in price tag. Many of the fruits are second quality. Many at times the things are sold out but they never refill the space. The main purpose of going reliance fresh is to get the things all together. But some times I did not get all the things that I needed. There is no specific help desk or workers to help the customer. There is no enough space to go around. If there are some group of people, the way would be blocked. After the purchase it is very difficult to pay the bill because the counters are less and many of them will not be working. Especially if we go in the evening from 6pm to 9 pm it will be so crouded and there is no good measures taken by the workers to control the croud. Out side reliance fresh there is not enough space keep your four wheelers. We can park only two wheelers. From my past experience reliance fresh have to improve a lot. It has to be more friendly with people, try to do the payment more faster and more parking facility.
