Reliance Fresh is one of the standard mall where everyone used to go for shopping.
I recently visited two branches of it: Madipakkam and T-nagar.
Both were in same conditions with pros and cons.
Lots of branches were available in Chennai. They used to sell good and delightful products.
Reliance fresh had its brand name from 2007. Everyone can do a complete shopping here.
But I think they were loosing their name now.
I visited the Reliance fresh last Saturday and Sunday. I had a pretty worst experience there.
Parking facility was not at all good. No proper guidance were given by the securities. People were roaming here and there, but no proper guidance given to the customer.
As I went on Saturday it was very rush and customers were very crowded.
The Ambiance was good and it was decorated well and it was completely chill. AC can be kept little low because over cooling are damaging some of the foods stored there.
They used to sell all fruits and vegetables and all kind of home based products here.
On that day, the place was not at all clean. The staffs were arranging the products while the customers were waiting for shopping. This is one of the horrible behavior.
They used to sell some packed non-veg items which was not all healthy.
The arrangement of the items were good, even though some products were arranged in the improper way. No proper guidance were given by the staff.
The staffs were not in good mood. They are not responding properly.
Several offers were given. But I think it is not at all worth of buying it.
The major horrible thing was the billing section. Mostly only one or two people were available for billing and they were completely slow. In billing queue we have to wait for a very long time. For me, it took half an hour to complete my billing.
Prices were reasonable and offers were pretty good.
As of my opinion, it is not a worthy shopping place.
