Yesterday I visited Reliance store to buy some casual T shirts. next to that shop, there was reliance footprint showroom. 50% discounted sales was running in the showroom. I entered and tried different shoes. Atlast I was impressed with performax shoe which was priced at 2899/- . Offer price was 2040/-. I bought it and left the showroom. On the way back to my home with some curiosity I searched in UC browser about the product. I came to know that performax shoes are exclusively selling through jabong and reliance.
I entered into jabong website and searched the product. Surprisingly, I found the product which I have bought. Infact, it was priced at jst 1450 Rs. I came to know, I lost 690/- from Reliance footprints. I didnt even got 50% as they were advertising.
Feeling very bad about their customer service too.
