I had purchsed a LG Front Load Washing Machine from Reliance Digital - Borivali (West) outlet last week. Product was delivered in time. Store experience was decent. Now, the issue started with product installation. The service agent came within 2 days of product delivery.
However, all he did was to get the product out of the box onto the floor. He mentioned a few verbal instructions. Said he can't start the machine as the plug socket was not compatible. Did not even bother to fix the anti rat cover that came alongwith the machine & left within 15 mins of arrival taking my confirmation signature.
After reading the manual, I called him up eithin the next hour & mentioned that the anti rat cover wasn't installed, I was asked to raise a service request stating water leakage issues. I have been following the Reliance Digital service support team (Resq) over calls & mails repeatedly after that, to no avail! And to imagine that I bought an extended warranty with them.
Purpose of this write up is to help you take an informed decision. We go & purchase from stores for the service, otherwise Amazon & similar online portals do a good enough job just dropping the product. Wish I had understood the poor service part prior purchase! Hope this helps!
