I have been using Reliance Data Card from last 1 year. I have taken 6 monthly plan. My expectation on this is very high. But its giving low performance and lot of problems which irritating me. I have faced frequent disconnection problems many times.
Once I face some issue but when I used to call them they usually said that your area server is down. Wait for 6-7 hours or we will sent engineer at your house on next day. Apart from this speed is fine. I have faced frequent disconnection problems many times. Customer care service is little annoying. They need to improve customer service.
