Very bad network, bad customer service, costly plan and zero customer support. I have get Reliance broadband plan about 4-5 months ago and in starting they have committed me that their networks are really strong and work in the every region and sector india but after buying their plan I have realized that they make me fool.
Their internet networks are really poor and they take a too much of timing in downloading a small size files even 10 MB of file. When I complaint about my problem to their customer support then always suggest me one solution that restart your modem . I want to suggest all the members that never buy Reliance Broadband plans
