Got Wrong Package From Reliance. Review on Reliance BPO Pvt Ltd

Reliance is a very old network in India . But, till they don't improve their network . Sometimes they make false promise . As of now I am fed up with Reliance Communication for their fake promise& bad network . Below I am discussing about these problems -

I have been using a Reliance SIM since 2010 . Upto few weeks ago my experience with Reliance was average . But, now I want to rate them 0 Star .

Average Experience With Reliance:- First of all they don't have a good network . They provide very bad network in village . During occasion, when I went on village I can't communicate with anyone, because there have very bad network . Also, under room there have no network . If I have emergency, then I need to go roof, to get a small network . This is a big problem of Reliance .

They don't have any full talk time package below 100/- . Previously, I saw a package that show if I recharge of worth 55/-, I will got 43/- main balance& 12/- for 7 days . After recharge, I got a SMS that show these 12/- will expire in 2 days . So, reliance show false package .

Internet speed of Reliance is average, some time it is very poor . They don't have good package of SMS or Calling or Internet .

One time they deducted 2/- without no reason . When I try call their customer care, maximum time I am unable to reach with them . Sometimes, I am unable to check balance . After dialing USSD code it show an error .

Reason For Which I Want To Give Them 0 Star Rating: - 7 years ago when I bought this SIM, I recharge a call rate cutter package, which provide me for life time . Upto few weeks ago, I don't need recharge any rate cutter package due to life time rate cutter offer( 1/- Per 3 Minutes). But, very recently, I checked that life time rate cutter don't working in my SIM . It charged wrong . Then I contact with their customer service, one time they said they don't see any life time rate cutter in my no, another time they said that rate cutter is now expire . I have a question to Reliance that, how a life time rate cutter can expire? Life time rate cutter means this can't expire ever . So, they said me false promises . Also, for this problem when I was talking with their executive, I feel that he don't want to communicate with me in details . Always, he want to end the call . When I chat with them, also feel same result .

So, I can say that, sometimes Reliance make false promises . Any time they can stop a package without sending any alert . They don't have any value of customer satisfaction . Now, I have decided that, I will port my reliance number into another network . I also suggest to all don't use Reliance Network .
