At first it worked fine and after few days the flow of water automatically reduced to just 2 cups. So it is not possible to make coffee for more than 2 people. I thought it was the problem created with water pressure but the company ignore it.
After 1 months suddenly it stopped to work, then I called their customer care and raised a complaint about the issue.
After few days they visited to my home and check the product and told one of the part of the product had gone bad and which need to be replaced. They replaced the part and charged from me 500 Rupees. I told the product has one year warranty and why charged from me? Then they told the part which replaced, it is not cover under warranty. So I feel the customer service of this product is very bad. Stream is released at pressure of 4 bar which is actually not enough to get food frothing in milk.
User friendly:- It is not a user friendly coffee maker because when I making coffee then it creates problem. It does not make the coffee so tasty.
Durability:- Durability of the product is not so good because it makes only 2 cup of coffee for only two person. it is not affordable and not make great coffee.
Style & Design:- Style and design of this product is also not so good.
Handy:- It is not handy.
So I never suggest anyone to buy this coffee maker.
