Have been using redbus for a long time now. Recently encountered with a problem for which I had to take the help of Redbus support team. And the taste of it was really really bad.
I must say I had never experienced any service being dealt such unprofessionally before. Neither The executives didn't know how to answer my queries nor were able to educate me on their running offers.
I had booked a ticket from Bangalore to Goa with ticket id TM5292420674 and had applied a promo code for which I was supposed to get 82 rupees cashback but I was told I would get only 55. Then I had a series of conversation with them on Twitter and gave the screenshots with cashback figure after which they had no option for which they agreed to give the cashback of 82.

Today I got the cashback of 55 unlike what they had committed me finally.
So to all of you who have been using this platform for booking your travel tickets and rooms and are really concerned about service rendered by Redbus then my advise to you all is its time to switch and make Redbus realize not to take customers for granted.
