Fraud Comapny. Review on Redbus

All Friend Sister and brothers kindly inform that red bus was very fraud company

I have traveling last one moths before Baroda to pune 03/06/2018 they was booking in ac bus but when I traveling and then red bus / travel agent Of( Ganga Travels in pune) executive called me and say Ac is same technical issued so we r travel in non ac bus I have to pay 2350 Rs Amount hi will say reaming amount will be refund in 48 hurs but I have completed 1 month today but still not any refund

I have getting continue follow-up to travel agent and red bus but both are can, t response properly now red bus executive called me(Mrs. Pratima Sriram) and say ur one month is done I don’t get refund u. then I understand this chor company. I have report from news for same

aal mere sath huva hai kal apke sath bhi yahi hone wala hai chor kabhi chori karna nahi chodta. aaj mere 650 rs churaye kal apke 1650 churange so pls pls dear all care fully
