Its my first travel during this Diwali Vacation. Very poor services provided by Singh tour & travel company. Very bad experience. Poor in terms of staff behavior, services & security. Delay in schedule; actual departure at 0930 In night form Rk Aashram & arriving time at lucknow at 0600 Hrs. in morning. But singh tour pick-up passanger in different bus from Rk Aashram & wish to board in different buss in kaushambi. There is no arrangement in Kaushambi. It still happening till 0200 Hrs. in night. later bus staff asking for Print out of ticket. Bus no in one buss have print out . bcoz it is not required. One of staff of buss trying to hit one pax. Delayed Delayed.
second I experience it:
I had booked the ticket from Hyderabad to ongole. I had only 2000 and used that amount. The amount got debited but it didn't get booked. It was not the first time it's so many time happened to me. when I called the customer care their response was sorry for the inconvenience ur amount will be refunded please book a fresh ticket. That day we couldn't go as we were not able to adjust the amount and our relative had expired we went next day only to see his dead body.Now I have decide Never travel with any Private Vender.
