I booked psr travels through red bus app on Tuesday bus at 9:15 pm( 10/10/2023). At 10:30 pm bus operator told it got cancelled a electrical lines caught fire asked me to reschedule for the next day
On 11th oct 2023 bus got delayed at origin for 2 hrs as driver was not available. I spoke to red bus support team as bus is delayed and didn't get cancelled asked me to wait and board the same bus. I requested and reconfirmed is it delayed for 2 hrs or more than that as I had important meeting the next day at office. In between bus got punctured and psr travels bus didn't have spare tyre they delayed for another 4 hrs due to this I reached my destination at 12 pm without having breakfast or lunch I reached my office at 2 pm because of this half day was loss of pay marked by my HR. I Trusted redbus and booked now they are saying as u have travelled there won't be any refund and no compensation. Redbus doesn't have any control on travels
