I am frequent traveler and I very much rely on these bus and other traveler services from different vendors. I had couple of experiences which were really bad that I had lots of trouble.
Whenever there is urgency their app crashes meanwhile booking and sometime its very critical as there are few even sometime there is only one seat left and you are suppose to fill as soon as possible, and in that case app crash is like hell. Sometime I even have faced transaction failures specially in credit card payment and in the end you are at zero. So this all makes user experience bad. Please improve services.
