Yes , it was very bad experience for me , before using redbus service I was thinking that I will get most satisfied service from redbus, but after using the service I felt that , I must have to share my experience with you. So the thing happend to me was , I booked bus ticket on 5 june 2018 from my place to pune for price Rs.654/- and I pay money using my netbanking payment was done successful and they sent me ticket also. When I checked ticket all details mentioned are correct . The boarding time was 5: 45 PM, and I sharp reached on boarding point as per given time that is 5: 45 PM , but what I saw bus was not there, I wait for bus for 10 minutes but bus didn't come at boarding point, and then I tried to call boarding point customer care number which was mentioned on ticket but on IVR said the number you have tried was wrong that time was very important for me, and even bus driver didn't call me , after that I call redbus customer care but it didn't connect to executive only IVR recorded sound talking to me. After I called my friend he is working outside my town which is 28 km from my town, and which is bus route too, so I was just asked him to check wheather bus was gone from there also or not. He said no, bus was not there , he wait and bus just come there, so he just stop the bus and talk to them . They said if passenger is ready to come here , so we can wait 20 minutes, so my friend informed me that they are wait for you just reache here within 20 minutes. So I immediately take another bus and go there which is 28 km away from my place .I never experienced this type of situation before, there was no one available to help me from redbus. They provided me wrong contacts detail, and I am really upset using redbus service. Thank you
