Hi All,


Today I am going to share my experience on redbus, I am using redbus from last 3 years and My last journey booking is a nightmare for me and my friend.


Actually, we are planning to visit Bangalore for the weekend, for that we have booked the ticket on redbus.


we want to book ticket one after other and we also want the benefits of offer code, so we planned to book ticket separately.


So initially my friend booked one seat i.e S-23 and then after the confirmation of the same, I tried to


book the seat number S-24.


Although what I found that S-24 is showing booked on app and S-23 is still available, that was so horrible and scary time as I have tried to book S-23 again and I am able to do the same and I reached up to OTP page.


We have Immediately contacted the red-bus team for the same, and from there the main frustration comes into the picture.


we have explained them the scenario and also told them that this is a technical issue, but they are not ready to accept the same.


Instead of that, they are blaming our mobile and us for the same.


After explaining the same scenario again and again 3 times they accepted that this is a technical issue and they told us that they will fix it in 20 minutes.


We have started our first call from 10:30 AM in the morning and they accepted their fault around 1:00 PM, we are so much tired and frustrated at that moment, but we have a hope that it will get fixed soon also we are scared that id some tries to book S-23 then what?


and one thing from which I got frustrated is explaining the same scenario again and again to the same person.


Her name was Sheetal as her manger name was Chandrakant.


After 30 Minutes I have again contacted them and this time also I have to explain the same scenario again, that was so frustrating as last time I got the issue number and I passed the issue number to her then also she didn't get anything and again I have explained the same to them.


This time they told us that this issue is fixed and you can check I was happy that finally it's done, but when I checked the redbus app I again find the same thing there S-23 is available and S24 is booked.


I have again contacted the red- bus and this time also I have explained the same scenario again, this time they made an excuse that your phone cache is having a problem, try the same from different mobile and they were also telling the lie that they are able to see S-23 booked from there side.


I have tried to book the ticket from my roommate mobile, there also I am getting the same issue, I have tried from four different mobiles but again I found the same issue, I have also tried this from a laptop from there website and there also I am finding the same issue. Now they have Crossed the limit of everything and I was so frustrated that I even canceled my plan.


After some time I again called them and this time I told that lady to pass the phone to her manager, she put me on hold for ten minutes and even after that I was not speaking to the manager, I think she called her colleague and tries to make me fool.


that person told me that your issue is fixed this time and we have sent you the screenshot of the same,


then immediately I have checked the same and found the issue again, Red Bus is the symbol of lie and fraud,


I made my mind to make a case in consumer forum for that when I asked her name and manager name at first she is not giving any name and after that she told me that her name is Sheetal and Chandrakant, I thanked her told her to give me full name but she denied and told that they don't have the last name and the previous name was full name itself.


I have also filed a Case against them in consumer forum online.


my complaint number is 217826.


Red Bus is totally a fraud company, they have recruited best liars, dumb and fraud from India in their company.


I am totally sure that they have done the same thing with many of us.


And still, they feel proud on their shitty application, site, and support.


they should be banned for this.


At last, I have done the booking from PAYTM.


Thank you PAYTM.


Red-Bus Red is the signal of danger and their support team is full of fraud and liars.


I have so many things to write but my mind is full of so many bad words for them and I don't want to use them here.
