I completely support the message that the real estate is a hype created by these goondas. We have to slog our life to get few pennies that these smiling thiefs take away. I realized there is no worth in spending anything for these cheating people.
The only few praising or good comments here are written by these real estate gang members or by people employed by these realtor illiterates to periodically praise their projects. Two examples, one friend of mine had burnt himself after falling to the smiles and advertisements. After 5 years of monetary and health struggles, he is starting his life and career coming out of this mess.
This is true for many people like us. (even our colleagues). One of ex-colleague reached Bangalore on a job, he got in touch with justdial kind of information company to get some apartment/house details, it seems he was flooded with calls for more than two months from all these realtors. This clearly shows how these are dried up in the immense hype by the real goons. I am looking for one genuine person who can say that he/she is satisfied and a friend of these realtors . . . Cant find one. I am getting myself saved.
