Ideally the school should follow CIPP from 1 to 5, Checkpointfrom 6 7 & 8 and IGCSE
From 9 & 10 but they have made the bhelpuri of Singapore CBSE and SSC to make something weird with a teacher not knowing what to teach. Please inquire well before u land in trouble in the name of IGCSE school. Ideal IGCSE school has CIPP from 1 to 5 then CHECKPOINT 6 7 n 8 and IGCSE 9 n 10. But RBK international school Mirabroad has made bhelpuri from 1 to 8 std as they wanna save money of buying curriculum from Cambridge. The link for the same is shown below. I feel pity for a parent who joins without knowing reality. The most important question to ask before you join any so called international school. Is proof of Cambridge affiliation that
The school should have subscribed to run CIPP CHECKPOINT N IGCSE from CIE every year ask for proof of affiliation or subscription.
The text book they follow will give u a clear idea of what blunders they are doing. Mostly they will not follow books prescribed by Cambridge.
The experience teachers these days are very much in demand. So they hire anyone who has done BSc BCom ba or eccd course to run intl program. I say that even BSc BCom ba new teachers are good to teach till grade 10 but after proper training but for A levels postgraduate or engineering is a must with proper training which u won't find anywhere.
Even if they hire new teachers they won't spend a penny to train them what they do is in the name of training they wanna earn from that source from the new teachers.
Find out from school kids who are already studying there about who is teaching what subject. You will get a shock that one graduate teacher is teaching english humanity and ict. Other teacher teaching maths phy and chemistry. So u see instead of having a specialist teacher they use one teacher for various subjects

Ideally, if u ask for all these questions to school they will hesitate to take ur ward in their school. So u will ask where can we find a good intl school. The answer is NO. Most schools these days follow most blunders. Better the kid be in CBSE ICSE or SSC schools and be disciplined.
