Hello everyone today I am going to tell you about Ray talkies cinema hall at Dhanbad. Today I visited there for watching movie, it's a bad experience for me because I faced many problems there like I stand more than 15min in ticket counter queuin after getting ticket I enter inside the cinema hall I see there are broken seat for seating.
Sound quality of theater is good but picture quality is so bad, ambiance and staff behavior is bad. Price of the ticket was reasonable. Customers services is very bad. Thank you
