How can I forget this company? My second company to start my career with. Before I start, i’ll tell you that this is a sister company of NKC Projects Pvt Ltd. Nkc is into constructions, highways etc. the company is worth millions so the owner gifted her wife “ Supriya Chikara” a so called IT company which is basically into mobile and web application development. the company claims its HQ at jackson heights in USA, but no one in the entire company has even been there. I worked there for 7 months and came across these facts which I shared with you. There was no finance team and HR “ Abhilasha” used to take care of everything. my PF is still stuck there and there is no hope to get it back as there is no proper management. no job security, no infrastructure. the security guard comes in the night in lungi and vest watches youtube in front of us. it was a comedy scene. night shift gets dinner worth 50 which stinks. the dinner is delivered by the nearby mess. Basically its run by 2 people. supriya- CEO and shantanu who is the CTO. nothing good about this company. its not a company, its just a sample. if you find any positive feedback about this company, its fake. just reach out to any old employees for confirmation. I would suggest a big NO.
