This is regarding the worst experiences I faced with Rajdhani packers & movers. After checking reviews only I took a call to opt for this service, even I got the other two best quotations.
The first thing, they changed their plot after loading the goods to the vehicle. They charged me the initial discussion price, plus GST, insurance, document charges etc.. & made it double. After I convinced & showed the proof of final bargain amount in whatsapp messages & recordings, they took another version with the initial finalized amount, by false claiming that these are not including these charges, those charges and given the bill for around 50% more than the discussed & finalized price. After argument & all they reduced simple 1.5k tip (they had a upper hand because loading into their vehicle is over, I don't have other alternatives & have to catch the train).
They took three sweet days (by claiming weekend, festival, corona etc) to delivery my items in Hyderabad & that too few of the items came in an improper manner. Before unloading the goods to my house itself, I took & sent the position of my item photographs in whatsapp to the concerned person and raised a complaint. That time he spoke in respect manner & said no problem sir we will take care to compensate the amount, as these are covered with insurance.
After the day onwards he was in escape manner, avoiding the calls & doing bargaining for the damage amount from Rs. 500 onwards, and finally he was told that it may come more than 6, 000 and will take for 5-7 working days.
After continuous follow up & remainders with him through phone and whatsapp, finally after 3 week's I received the compensation amount of Rs. 2000 only from him. It is not at all acceptable for the loss & damages incurred to my items.
So, as per my personal opinion they are not good in delivery & transport services and before start of loading process everyone should finalize the amount with all charges.
So please be careful
The main damages happened during transportation
1) Iron Almara is damaged from all the three sides (So many bends
Mattress is torned
Plywood is broken
Missed few items from the cotton box
My Refrigerator and TV boxes did not come in good condition.
