They are big fake and fraud consultant. They try to trap innocent aspirants by their refund policy which they never follow. I had applied for Hongkong QMAS visa in march 2019 through Radvision World Immigration Consultancy based out in Rajendra Place.
Before submitting my documents I had a long discussion with their counsellors regarding my visa approval and suitability of my profile to their point-based prerequisites. I was assured by them verbally and in writing that I am very much meeting all point-based prerequisites for visa approval and will never be rejected on these grounds. In fact this is the initial requirement of Hongkong embassy and then they further process the application. Radvision World Immigration Consultancy team had confirmed me that they have well assessed my profile and told me that as per their assessment I am meeting 70 points criteria of embassy but they did not mention anything on mail. However, the minimum point requirement for visa approval is 80. They just mentioned that I am fulfilling the criteria and should go for this visa process without any hesitation.
When I rechecked with them verbally for sending my point score as I had a doubt on my point score, they confirmed me that 70 is my personal score and rest is for my family that would come around 85. But they never gave us anything in writing and overcommitted on my profile that the profile like you are very much in demand and rejection will not happen on these grounds. If in case rejection happens they have a refund policy and they will refund my consultation fee. In fact their refund policy also clearly says that if the applicant is not able to produce all the documents and does not comply with the documentation rule or minimum financial requirement then they are not liable for refund and will make sure that the applicant fulfill all the criteria before submitting application to the embassy. After their repeated followups and giving me the assurance of their refund policy I decided to apply for visa through them and paid the consultancy fee of Rs. 48000/- +taxes. I submitted all the documents to them as per the embassy requirement for visa approval well in time and sent it to the embassy.
Normally the embassy reverts back in 2 to 3 months and they responded me that my application has been found unsuccessful due to not meeting the setpoint based prerequisites for allotting point quota and cannot further process my application. When I rechecked with the embassy they confirmed to me that I am not fulfilling the point criteria.
Now the consultancy is not ready to accept this reason of rejection and denying on the facts that I am rejected on point-based criteria and calling my rejection on miscellaneous grounds and its one of the embassy fault and under these circumstances, they don't refund the consultation fee. They are denying on their refund policy parameters which are clearly laid down on their invoice and threatening me that I am defaming them. Though till now I haven't done any such thing against their consultancy. I did all the efforts to have a
Face to face discussion on the table but they rejected my appeal and abandoned my mails and calls. There is completely a breach of agreement from their side.
Please suggest how should I go about...they are big fraud and fake people and making fool of the people like us and killing our dreams.
