Radio City FM-91 was my favorite in Bangalore especially when it was launched and was beaming western as well as Hindi film music.
The collection as well as the presentation used to be just too good. Some of best RJ,s I came across, some of them later migrated to Bombay.
For some reason it later went on to become totally Desi, all the day fully Hindi film music and Indipop.
Even then it was quite good, because the Sunday afternoons the 4 hour artist special and Sunday mornings 6 AM to 8 AM non-stop retro Old Hindi film music from the Golden period of 1955 to 1965.
The signature tunes were just fantastic.
Now that I am in Delhi and Delhi too has its own Radio City FM , but it is not as good as it was/is in Bangalore.But Delhi has a fantastic signature tune as the only saving grace!
I really miss it here, though there are 3 more FM stations in Delhi, but I still miss the Bangalore-FM
