An Average Engineering College. Review on Radha Govind Engineering College, Meerut

I have so many memories with my College where I graduated ## Radha Govind Engineering College - Meerut##

I completed B.Tech(Computer Science) from this college in 2005. Yes I have passed out from the batch 2001 to 2005. Mr. Yogesh Tyagi is the chairman of the college.

I got admission in this college after passing UPSEAT entrance examination Lucknow, UP. I remember when I joined this college it was new nobody was not aware with R.G.E.C. I was in 2nd batch. Our affiliation university was Uttar Pradesh Technical University Lucknow(Now it is Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Uttar Pradesh)

I review here some of it's good and bad things.

Faculty:

In any college the faculty has the most important role to shape the student's career. But I was not so lucky the faculty of this college was not so good. They didn't have enough knowledge to teach us clear and concise. We all got the good knowledge and passed with a good score and percentages but the all credit doesn't go to the faculty in-fact it is the hard work of every student who learn a lot from books.

Placement:

The second most important thing in an Engineering college is placement. Again we were so unlucky that we didn't get any placement in any company. There were only 2 boys who got the placement in our whole batch including all branches.

College Campus:

Yes the college campus was good. There were a lot of space in front of college and a brand new building and all class rooms was so huge and airy. The college auditorium was well furnished and up to date with all new technologies at that time like live projector.

College Hostel Facility:

Yes college has given the hostel facility for boys and girls both but the boy's hostel was so far from college it was about 5 KM away from college, but girls were lucky they got hostel in college campus. The facilities in hostel was not so impressive.

Annual Function:

On every year the college host a annual function in college campus. That was really good. We all enjoyed each year in this fest.

Administration Department:

Administration of the college was not so helpful. The people hired in this department were totally useless. I never like this department.

College Crowd:

Another thing that any parent would like to watch in a college that the college crowd. I truly speaking I found many times there were the Gundaraj of local boys. And it was not good for the college reputation and student's education.

Overall we just got a degree from this college and many bad and good memories.
