We purchased our flat 13 years back. The builder had provided a Electric geyser in bath room of some unknown brand which was always giving problem. After 5 years and much trouble, we decided to dump the geyser and went for the above Racold Electric geyser. It has given trouble free service for last 8 years. Heating is fast and the heat retention is pretty good. We have heard that Racold after sales service is not good, but frankly we never required the after sales service. In future if we require to repair then we can call the local technician. It ensures energy efficiency and reduced electricity bill. We are satisfied with the functionality, style and the white colour of the Racold Electric Geyser.
